Through your dedicated control panel, you are able to register any queries you may have by creating a 'ticket'. This is a very simple process and involves detailing the specific nature of the problem and indicating its level of priority. This ticket is received by the technical support team, logged and immediately assigned a handler and a unique reference number. From this point onwards you can monitor the status of the problem and the engineer responsible will be available throughout the repair.

How to create a ticket:

    2. Simply type in the domain name
    3. Select the server operating system (Linux, NT4, Windows2000 etc)
    4. Choose the level of request / notification
    5. Describe details of your request / notification
    6. Submit the ticket - it will be handled by a technical advisor
    7. When telephoning technical support, please quote your ticket reference number, so the team member can bring up your details and give you an accurate order status.
